The Gym here at SWH is open 24/7 for all members

Membership is £17.50 per month via Direct Debit

The gym has a variety of classes per week (see time table) for members

You will receive a FREE and progressive exercise programme as a member

Personal Training is on offer to members and non members

You may try the gym and classes for FREE on a 7 day pass (Induction appointment before use is mandatory)

The gym is supervised Mon-Fri for all appointments

Anyone who wishes to join the gym will need to make a 15 min appointment/induction
